Professor Y.T. Kee

Professor Kee, ProfKee or Kee (as he likes to be called) is a humorous and thought-provoking conference and keynote speaker who can positively change your business and change the way you think about it.

He solves intellectual blocks in your corporate mind, using philosophies from MBA and PhD schools around the world. Set a topic or, if you have no problems and just want a provocative occasion, you can choose from a selection of topics.

Kee has served as a management consultant to IBM, Victorian Water, the Australian Dairy Board, and many other businesses and government organisations. He has conducted seminars for many companies and organisations including Shell Australia, the Commonwealth Bank, Simplot, Telstra, Coles-Myer, Hewlett Packard, Pricewaterhouse Coopers, Schweppes, Honda, Powercore, the Canadian Institute of Credit Unions, local governments of Australia, private hospital associations of Australia, and the New Zealand Ministry of Agriculture and Fisheries.

Kee has held positions in both government and private sectors in Malaysia, before receiving his MBA and PhD from the University of Minnesota. Kee has been a professor at both the University of Manitoba and Monash University, lecturing in the fields of organisational psychology, leadership and communication.

Kee believes that every organisation must:

Be willing to bet the farm on the internet.
Develop the mental muscle of universities.
Track the mental, emotional and spiritual development of each employee and closely monitor their contributions to the knowledge pool.
